Zoo-lakes

It's one of my favourite spot in Johannesburg. Nice park to go for a walk and you can even take your dog with you. Can see lots of people jogging and cycling there. Weeknds its gets busy and there are lots of birds and goose which are a beautiful treat to the eyes!

Good for a walk or run during the week or early morning on the weekend. But, sadly, later on weekend days it's full of revellers leaving litter.

Nice place to be...more especially if you love nature...I enjoyed every moment of my visit .

Great place to chill , was packed on the 16th of December but made it even more fun to be around people.

Other than boating around the lake there's very little to do. Park is small. Monday boating is closed.

The park is nice and beautiful it shows that it has been well maintained

Great place for walks or a little rowing-about on the lake; the only sad thing is the fact that non-littering bye-laws are not abided by South Africans and are not enforced; so, don’t go at the end of a day when people might have been doing picnics there. Otherwise, it is great.

Lovely place to take a walk , picnic and feed the ducks. Not as safe as it use to be

This is a nice place to visit during the week, it gets full over the weekend so I try to avoid it then. There’s a lot of picnic space, lots of space for children to play, there is boat hire also you can hire a little boat to take on the lake, keep in mind when wanting to braai you aren’t allowed to use your own braai stand unless you take it to a specific braai area, there’s lots of parking and public transportation is available close by too.
