Don’t touch them. Quick to take your money and even quicker to BS you when you need them to relook at the work they did. The owner has a serious attitude. Their loss. We were going to give them another R75000 order plus the possibility of another R50000 odd. Glad we didn’t. The owners response is a lie. We replaced ALL the components at your store. Invoices to prove it. You just plane well not interested in after sales service. And we never had budget constraints. Chat to Abdul and get the facts before you post a response. Or better yet call me so we can resolve this if you are so willing to satisfy your customers.
Today I stopped at this premises to request a quotation for a complete solar system for a residential complex. After been scanned for Corona and hands being sanitized I was asked what am I looking for. After a brief explanation the person said I must take a seat someone will come to provide the requested quote and he moved in behind a desk. Exept the 2 persons behind the desk and another one in the back office, vissible through the window in the shop, there was no-one in the shopping area. About 15 min later 2 other gents came in the shop and one of the persons behind a desk assisted them. The person from the back office also came out and was wandering around the shopping area. After 20 min I enquired from the person that screened me how long should one wait to be served. He indicated the person is at the back. Clearly they are doing excellent and does not want any new business. I indicated to him their "service" is pathetic and left. Perhaps they should go for a few lessons at the licence department or department of home affairs as their service is far better than what you can expect at ZRW. At least the departments can blame the high volumes. I am sure the owner will come up with some lame excuse. If you want service rather go somewhere else from the start.
This company is a Carte Blanche episode waiting to happen I swear, Quick to give you "warranties" until you have to test it. They will tell you that it's the external experts that are lying to you, all in an attempt to not replace the equipment that was faulty. Rather go to Bundu power up the road, great products not No-Name brands and great installers with after-sales services. ZRW Is as transparent as mud-water, STAY AWAY!
We had our 5 KVA solar system installed end August 2020 and couldn't be happier. It is the best decision we have made due to the honest advice we received on enquiry. The installation of the top quality equipment was done very professionally by the ZRW technical team. Since then we learned how, with some discipline, the system works best for us.
