I love this little store and the owners. They couldn't be nicer and they always remember me and my little boy. They have a great menu of fresh fruit and veggie juices, smoothies, and wheat grass shots. Not all wheat grass is the same -- theirs is organic, healthier, and it just tastes better! I had a really tasty juice this morning and I can't wait to go back for another round. While I was waiting for my juice, I picked up a jar of organic raw honey and some amazing patchouli soap. The prices are very fair for what they offer. I will always support this store!
Love this health store! Very friendly and always helpful, Great variety on their supplement selection is big and love their new product Melissa Natural Bee-Pollen absolutely wonderful product it help my son with his allergies. Every time I visit the store they always have what I'm looking for!
Great store - they actually have much more than I ever expected, and they offer samples or suggestions that are very useful but not in a pushy way. I love my neighborhood health food store!
I am a manufacturer of organic lotions. I called and asked to speak to a manager about doing business with this company. The woman who answered the phone said in a very rude accent "he is not here, sorry" and hung up the phone. I called back and said hi, my name is Ray, with whom am I speaking. The immediate response was "we don't have a manager and the owner is on vacation" and hung up. She is extremely rude and very poor customer service. I will visit the store when the owner returns from vacation and inform them of my experience. This woman should not be allowed to answer the phone.
The only store that has my favorite candy! Even though it's a small store, they have a decent variety of products at reasonable prices. The lady who I'm guessing is the owner, is always so friendly =^.^=
Although I order most of my supplements online there are occasions when would like an organic supplement or vitamin right away. Bay Ridge Health Foods is a small and friendly shop and I seldom need to wait in line.
