10 Perimeter Park Apartments

10 Perimeter Park office staff are very helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile to make corrections to all work orders. The property grounds are always groomed and very cleaned. I would definitely refer my family and friends to live here.

I've lived here for 2 years and it has gone down hill since the new owners took over! I have posted pics of the walkways and trash that was left in the walkway for 2 days! Why aren't the walkways and walls kept clean? It's always trash on the steps.

Rooms are spacious and nice. The kitchen area is a bit old. The biggest problem is that some apartment don't get any sunlight and it gets really cold inside.

I’ve had a great experience at 10 Perimeter Park so far. Staff is phenomenal and the complex is clean and quiet. No complaints so far.

Christina & Rico give great customer service ! They are very friendly and welcoming! We love where we live & are so happy to be residents at 10 Perimeter Park !
