The Savoy Apartments

Like the community, fair prices, nice facilities but customer service and maintenance needs to improve. Most of the time, nobody answers the phone or its transferred to the call center where nobody is able to help you because they have no actual information about the community.

I love my apartment! Large fitness center & Beautiful Pool! Friendly/Helpful Office Staff! What more could you ask for?

I’ve lived here for 2 years the staff is Great! The new maintenance lady Smiles is amazing. She helped me and my husband with all of our request and had a great personality. I appreciate My Savoy staff and neighbors.

Great place to live! Complex is always clean. Pool is the best in the area. Kind Staff. Gate is always working unlike my last apartment. 5 stars well deserved!

Shamir is so sweet. She answered all one million of our questions and made our moving day simple and easy.

Management has been helping my family during this rough time by working with us to get our rent paid. I called on earlier today on a rant, Brittany just took the time out to listen and let me vent. Nice to live somewhere where the management staff actually cares about their tenants.

I’m quite new to the complex and very happy with my choice. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very responsive. I even woke up to a beautiful rose on my door for Valentines Day, it was very sweet of them to think of the residents. It really made my day.
