Madison Square At Dunwoody

I’ve lived here for 8 years!!! This use to be a great community but now management is AWFUL. The water is frequently cut on and off without notice. The call box has been in shambles for almost a month. For 2 weeks we couldn't even buzz visitors in.

I'm an owner and I honestly regret buying here. Management is rude and entitled. They make up rules as they go, have destroyed property of mine and are super unhelpful. The hallways stink, people don't pick up after their dogs and the neighborhood is noisy.

I love living here. Been here about a year and a half. Safe, pet friendly and convenient area.

it looked great when I first bought it. But it is getting bad. The walls are thin as paper and you can hear people talking, screaming, and babies crying. The elevators smell Offal and they take forever. If you say something to the management, the will ignore you.

Neighbors have been great, the area is very nice, convenient access to 285 and despite crime in the area, nothing has reached the Madison Square complex. The HOA and Board are very engaged and intent on improving the community every chance they get. I'm grateful to be living here!
