If your a very clean person your going to go through an adjustment period it’s not a 5 star hotel stay, but without a doubt the location is gorgeous the dock on the river became a special place in my heart that I will forever hold dear. The super friendly staff who honestly know what they are doing are amazing. If you can learn to trust the process and understand that if you knew better than the wonderful, caring, and loving staff you would not be there needing their help. This place without a shadow of doubt saved my life and I would recommend it to anyone! They give you all the tools you need to change your life and live happily. I now enjoy a new freedom, I never thought possible and 12 Keys played a vital role in this new freedom. The food is amazing, the people who work actually care about what happens to you. They honestly want to see you get better and will do everything possible to help you.

Dear Troy, Loretta, and the entire staff at 12 Keys Rehab, As I write this, I am on my 91st day of sobriety. I just want to express my gratefulness and appreciation for all that you've done to get my life back on track. From Keith, to Dave, Krystal, Jean, Bob, Sarah, and all of the techs, as well as Nancy and Jessie, I could not have been at a better facility at a better time in my life. It is with complete clarity of mind, and peace in my heart, that I can say that the work that you all do, the care, and personal attention that you provide for all your clients is nothing shorty of saintly. The genuine care and concern that you show for what you do to offer and bring to so many lives is a blessing from God. He truly lives in you all. My life since being home, back to work, and family routines gets better moment by moment and day by day. To be able to live life blessed, peaceful, and productive again is what my time there helped to provide. I am also most grateful for the unity and support I get from my family. I am going to meetings, and my wife has been coming to 'open' meetings with me. We both enjoy them as well as the time we spend with each other. I can honestly say that 12 keys rehab has saved my life. I've been to a few rehabs but none of them approached the solution or 12 steps like this place has. This is an action program & they have you putting forth action while being in treatment. I 100% recommend this place for sure! The techs are great, the counselors are phenomenal, & the food is Delicious. I personally have never heard of prime rib being served in any other treatment center. They Genuinely care for sure. I was guided on where to go even after treatment & they love to help. It's awesome. 12 keys was a blessing for sure!

My fiancé called in and spoke with 12 keys recovery And their mission specialist his name is Troy first conversation was really good he took down my insurance information and we talked a little bit about what your program offered and if it would be a good fit for me. He called back within an hour saying that my insurance was out of network which I knew already and that there would be a $3000 deductible out of network +1500 room and board since there a PHP. And I told him I’d have to discuss it with my family and I’ve got a few other places that I was calling and I will get back to him. After calling back to other times to speak with him he was finally upfront with me and he said well it would be the 3000 out-of-pocket in the $1500 room and board and my question was would there be anything on the back end that if the insurance company didn’t cover that they’re going to charge me for and then he finally tells me that yes there would be an out-of-pocket cost above and beyond and that they would bill me for that once my treatment was done.. But in our first conversation he said that he got verification with my insurance company would be 3000 $1500 for room and board and ready to go do not call 12 keys. Do your research. there’s a lot of spin dries in Florida

I came to 12 keys a broken man with no clue how I would ever stop using drugs and alcohol. The caring staff did give me a answer and a way to stay clean and sober it wasn’t the answer I was looking for but it was the start to my new life and I haven’t look back since. Thank you 12 keys for showing me how to live again.
