Waters Edge Recovery

I'm only giving this a one star so I can write a review. The offices where great as shown in the photos but the residences are disgusting . Black mold in the showers, ants and roaches in the kitchen. I didn't stay there but someone close to me did. You can't take photos of the living condition because they do not allow phones or cameras with you. Over the weekend the place is not maintained by any staff other than a person that has also come out of recovery himself. It was a animal house frat dorm living situation with no control. I could go on and on but what was told to us over the phone was not what we received. We were definitely sold a bill of goods. I think this place should be shut down for health and sub standard professionals at this place. Acupuncture and messages are a joke. Save your money and go to a decent place. We went there because of the reviews which baffle me how they gave this place such great reviews and what we were promised over the phone. It's too bad you can't check the whole place before you commit. Believe me I could write a lot more.

Waters edge is an amazing treatment center. I've been to 8 treatment centers searching for a solution, and so far have found the best results through Waters Edge. Don't get me wrong, recovery is hard work and there is no quick fix. With that being said Waters Edge will give you all the tools to be succesful. The facilities are beautiful, the treatment is engaging, and most of all you are treated with respect and dignity. I would recommend waters edge to anyone I know going through addiction.

I would highly recommend Waters Edge Recovery to anyone struggling with alcoholism and drug addiction. The staff is more than wonderful, and they make your stay here very comfortable. One on one therapy, groups, and the whole WER curriculum is different than any other Treatment Center that I am familiar with. If you are questioning going to treatment in South Florida, Waters Edge would be the first place you should call. Life's are being saved here every single day.

I truly and honestly loved this facility. The staff is truly amazing. They went above and beyond the call of Duty. I learned a lot about my self and at the same time others. Alot of individual help from staff. I would recommend the waters edge for anyone that is interested in changing there way of living and to start the road to recovery.

waters edge was a good positive experience for me ,there's a lot of freedom and fun stuff to do. the counseling is awesome with caring techs and knowledgeable staff who refuse to give up on you even when your ready to give up...lots of one on one attention is given to the clients and our opinions are listened to . i would definitely recommend it to anyone.
