Horrible Experience!!! We went literally 30 mins before they were closing and all the toppings were covered and put away! Thankfully the flavors were still functioning but omg they had like 3 toppings out and were so hesitant to let us try the others. I mean… it’s a FROYO place and people go here to get froyo and have some toppings also but yeah the workers were so eager to leave so pro-tip - do not go before they close because you won’t get anything!

If youre looking for a sweet snack this is the spot to go to because youll pay by the weight and you can mix and match your own flavors/toppings. There isnt outdoor seating, or a nearby area thats useful, but theres a small indoor area.

This place is always dirty! Smelled like throw up when I arrived. Spent $23 on 2 cups. Could’ve got carvel, Häagen-Dazs or pink berry for less!!

Wonderful service and selection, including seasonal varieties, with interesting toppings including hot fudge.

I wonder if it's still owned by Bruce and his wife. My god, what a terrible bunch of owners. They had no idea how to treat their staff, all they acted about was money. This location is nothing compared to the other ones. It's the worst one.

This place has such good flavors and is reasonably priced for what you are getting.

Too expensive for basic stuff. 3 ice cream bowls came up too 42$ that's wild

Not clean, the toppings station was not clean the candy and toppings were overflowing hnto the counter and ice cream stations were not wiped clean. It looked like kids went in there and messed the place up .

We Love 16 handles. Love how they have try to accommodate with all the toppings. Been going there for years.
