I love my bank

From four stars to one. This used to be a good bank. Get your act together people!!!!

No stars won't cash my check issued from the exact bank no help rude people and a bad experience.

It has been almost an hour and I am still in the drive thru waiting for the car in front of me to finish while the second lane has cars moving in and out.

I waited in line 30 minutes along with the guy right next to me. Then the next guy pulled forward next to me and had to wait some time for a deposit slip. The guy told him there's some next to the stall, but he couldn't see them because there's new hour and signage blocking the view. Very frustrated.

No drive up atm. Have to get out of vehicle and walk to it

Benj is great and very fast. Julia always walks away when she sees me because I come in with multiple deposits every Monday. I know it can be a pain but it's your job right? Any way that is the only reason I gave only 4 stars

The slowest ever! Manager totally unresponsive

Just another bank that wants to take advantage of you any way they can. They will give you an instant over draft fee if your account goes negative one cent.
