This isnt what id call a bank, a circus that you should stay away from. Large sums of money are stolen from their cards to which they do not react nor care about. I asked them to investigate and return the money that was stolen off of my account. They decided to close my account instead and call it a day.

Worst customer service! I’ve been on the phone for hours waiting for a agent and no one seems to pick up! It’s frustrating to know that it’s 2 days in a row and not one single person picks up. Unemployment made the worst decision with this bank. I definitely don’t recommend this bank.

I wish there was 0 star option. Reading all of the reviews on here is exactly the experience you’ll get. Take your money and bank elsewhere. I highly recommend Chase.
