The bank's treatment of a customer with 25 years with the bank is deplorable. And NO ownership for online and other issues even though advanced help requested, even it was a bank mistake! More than a 101 customer service course is needed - I've moved my money to another bank.
You gotta pick up the pace, this is ridiculous, currently a 45min wait to get through the drive through. Open the lobby! And fix the Drive through ATM that is broken half the time! And you closed 1 of 3 drive thru lanes while the lobby is closed why?
The ATM rarely works and doesn’t dispense money.
I stopped by to this branch today to fix a problem with my account and the man who helped me was the best he did the best he could do and more I wish for him a soon promotion his name was Grant !!
