The staff and management are polite pleasant and professional. The building is clean and comfortable. Never long lines! Always a pleasure!
This location is super slow. Drive thru is the worse. Take forever. I don't know what the staff doing. Only 2 cars in from of me and take like 10 mins. Come on guy. If u dont let people go inside. U must be quicker. Take force for one customer.. bad service.
Might seem like a good bank at first but beware, they will nickel and dime you for everything, including depositing money into your own account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Any bank is better than Bank of the West.
Worst bank ever.
I wouldn’t suggest using BOW if you plan to purchase a home— an awful lender.... 2 weeks before closing we switched lenders due to lack of competence from the team here! Thankfully, we still closed, but yikes— this place will bring unneeded stress into your life!!!

Great service the gentleman that assisted me at the window with my business check deposit did everything he needed too in a timely manner to deposit and withdrawal some cash for me. "Not my usual branch" I found them to be very sincere here.
