The service is terrible. Jim even refused to look up my account to see if a check had cleared. Not helpful at all and not what one would expect from ones own bank!

Opened an account with them last week closing it this week. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The 2 gentleman that work at this Cherry Creek branch are completely rude and worthless.

Elliot Long has been our banker at Key Bank Cherry Creek Branch for a number of years. He is absolutely wonderful. Professional, patient, always available to help us with banking issues. I highly recommend Key Bank and this branch in particular under his management.

Do not open a HELOC at KeyBank. They make it extremely hard to close the account and get proper documentation in an acceptable time frame when selling your property.

This is the worst financial institution I have ever experienced! 7 day holds on payroll checks and shady fees that will show up over night no matter how many times you call/ go in to clear up the issue. Unless you’re a masochist I would avoid key bank, and this branch in particular at all costs!!!
