Wow, this bank has some of the worst staff I've ever encountered. Business banker messed my address up twice, failed to order checks, sent cards to wrong address, and completely lied about the spending limits. Want to send a wire? You have to make an appointment! Save your time, go to another bank.
I got charged a fee that through my own fault the said we don't want to nickel and dime you.
Always have to take a deep breath before going in. Patience, patience. Most recent visit other than monthly deposit of HOA dues it took four trips to add a signer to our account. FOUR trips. Uff. Whos want to go through that. It feels that no one knows what is going on other than simple transactions.
My husband and I went into the branch with a problem regarding a wire transfer. Jeremy was extremely helpful -- efficient and friendly and he took care of our issue within 10 minutes and we were out the door. Both my husband and I were really impressed with his customer service skills.

Highly recommend this bank. David Kochmann helped me with an account for school. We also have had positive experiences with the teller Bryce. This is a great branch.
Really bad customer service. Went in today 06-04-2020 at around 4 pm to get a cash advance and both A female teller and male manager had no clue on how to do it. Ended up going to another Wells Fargo branch. Really thinking about closing my account with Wells Fargo.
The service was quick, efficient and polite inside the bank, so if you have business that takes you inside, this is a very good location to use. However, the reason I had to go inside was that their ATM wasn't working, which was fairly annoying because I just wanted quick cash.
