I bank with Firstbank and while at time the customer service at other branches is below expectations, this branch is phenomenal in the customer service they provide. The always go above and beyond in customer service. Way to go!
Terrible yuppie bank. The parking sucks, there is to much construction, interior lay out is wrong and no ATM.

Quick, courteous tellers
Pulled into parking lot at 5:58pm. Tried door at 5:59pm according to time on my phone and it was locked and the tellers just stared at me. Way to serve your customers.
