21st Century Grass

It was a dream working with Brendan and Corey from 21st Century Grass. Our previous contractor didn't install the turf properly and 21st Century Grass came in and fixed it all. They did it all in two days as well. They were upfront with everything and always punctual. Also of note, they cleaned up after themselves so I didn't have to hear any complaints from my HOA unlike my previous contractor... Now my putting green rolls like a dream and the seams in the turf are long gone. They also did my in-laws' yard and it too looks phenomenal. I would highly recommend them. They are really great to work with. 6 stars!

Corey and his team are awesome! They installed turf and borders in my front yard. The brick borders that came with the house weren't being made anymore and Corey searched all around town to find the closest matching bricks. You can't even tell a difference between the new and old ones. The artificial grass they installed looks and feels great. They showed up on time, got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Incredibly unprofessional at this point. Brendan and Cory have tried to help but It has been almost 18 months and although they did come out to take care of the weeds a few times but they are back again. The seams are horrible, they have tried a few different things but still has not been resolved. The timing of return phone calls is non existent. I now call almost daily just to get some resolution. Guess a visit to their office is next, along with some legal action. Very sad and extremely disappointed in 21st Century Grass.

These guys did a great job from start to finish. Brendan and Corey answered all my questions and provided me with a lot of knowledge. They were very professional and a great communicators. The install crew were friendly and professional as well. This was my first time having artificial grass installed, and they made it easy. The finished product looks amazing and I will be using them again in the future. Thanks guys!

By far the best experience I’ve had with any contractor. It was flawless from start to finish. Brendon’s project management is exactly what project management should be but so often is not with contractors. I wish he could train others here in the valley. I’ve been in the home improvement business for 40 years and this company rates at the very top. My grass is beautiful, the installers were professional and experienced, and everything was done just as promised. You will not go wrong choosing 21st Century Grass. During the sales process I met with four different artificial turf contractors and Corey came across as the most genuinely concerned about my ultimate satisfaction, and his numbers were slightly better than two of the others especially when the extras he threw in, including 80lf of trenching and pipe under the turf for future irrigation system, two additional tons of 1/4 minus base for mounding and sculpting as well as free delivery and installation of a boulder we selected at the gravel yard. It was an easy call. The 21st Century Grass team backed Corey up 100%. They were courteous, hard working, and most important to me they knew what they were doing and nobody was ever standing around. The foreman of the crew was an expert putting green installer and a solid leader of his 8 man crew 2 crews teamed up on our project. To my complete surprise these 8 hardworking guys installed 1,050sf of turf along with a 300sf putting green, a paver deck for our trash cans, 12 tons of decorative rock on the sides of the house, 80lf of PVC pipe buried in the soil leading to our palm trees for a future drip irrigation system, and 15 tons of 1/4 minus installed, sculpted, and compacted before any of the turf went down. Here’s the kicker: THE ENTIRE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED IN A SINGLE 10 HOUR DAY with perfect seams, high quality infill brushed in with a power broom and perfect line leveling and saw cutting on the paver deck... not to mention the putting green is better than I had expected. It’s absolutely beautiful, fun, and challenging all at once. The guys really knew what they were doing. When they finished this monster day they all kicked in and thoroughly scrubbed down and cleaned the street where the gravel was dumped which assured no problems with my HOA. Corey was first class from start to finish - never talking poorly about his competition and sticking to the benefits his company would offer. I spent months doing my due diligence and couldn’t be more impressed than I am with Corey and his group. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

I love my new synth grass. I live in Apache Junction, and have a hard time growing grass in certain areas of my yard. So the grass from 21st Century Grass came in handy and is a great addition to my yard. My dogs love laying in it and keeping cool. The staff at 21st Century Grass are friendly and helpful. I do not have enough good things to say about this company and the work/service they provided our home. They were outstanding in how they treated me the whole process beginning to end. I was never pushed into anything, or persuaded to do something I was into. They put the turf in better than I imagined, and surrounded it with a beautiful border. They were fast and on time, but made sure the job was done with precision and quality, with no errors whatsoever. Great warranty offered too, and an overall beautiful experience, I would have given these guys a 10 out of 5 if I could!
