Arizona Turf Masters

We absolutely love Az Turf Masters. They installed turf in our backyard several years ago. Recently we noticed the larger section of our turf started fading and the blades of turf were pulling out easily. We contacted Frank and he helped us file a warranty claim. It was simple paperwork and a few photos and it was approved. Re-install of new turf was scheduled the following week. Customer service and install was great. We love working with Az Turf Masters. I would like to thank AZ Turf Masters for the excellent communication and follow-up during the installation of my putting green at a great price. From the start, Chad was always available to answer my questions / concerns prior to signing the proposal. I would highly recommend including AZ Turf Masters when shopping for a putting green contractor. They even installed a play area on the other side of the house for grandkids to play safely.

Amazing work! Professional end to end service. I could not have been happier with the outcome. So glad I didn’t complete initial attempts to DIY the artificial grass. Huge area completed fast, great detail, quality and service! Would recommend to anyone.

So this is the first review I have ever left but I feel compelled to write this. From the first day I visited the show room to the day Chad showed up to measure and give us an estimate to the day of install this team met every single time and date I was given. The team that showed up to install were exceptional. Not only were they pleasant to deal with they are very good at what they do. I had some special instructions on heights of the grass in certain places and they met every one of them. Not only were they very meticulous and did an excellent job they cleaned everything up. My back yard was cleaner when they left. There wasn't a grain of sand left on my sidewalk from the 4 tons of sand they brought in. They even coiled up my hose and put it away. I very much appreciate the install team being so conscience. Thank you so much! Greg
