220 Twentieth Street

The building is great can't beat the views from the roof!, but the staff are what make 220 a wonderful place to live. Ms. Toni is one of our favorite concierges, and she never fails to brighten our day with her smile and always has a warm greeting to welcome us home! :

Just moved in but so far everybody is friendly on the elevator. I wish I had an opportunity to get to know my new neighbors to look forward to. Only complaint is that the building directly infront of my window is under construction and they keep those florescent lights on 24/7...

I've lived here for almost a year. 220 is among the apartments with top living experience in the DC metro area. From the management team to the maintenance staff, they are all very professional, supportive and friendly. I've already renewed my lease. 220 has my absolute recommendation.

I had a great time at the pool this afternoon. Very smooth, very easy, the lifeguard and security person were wonderful. We weren’t sure how smoothly this would go, but it was very nice. I appreciate your efforts during this difficult time with COVID : Thanks!

220 20th is a beautiful apartment! Our experience moving in was smooth and all the staff was friendly, kind, and efficient in helping us make our new apartment home.

I've lived here for 6 months, definitely going to renew my lease when the time comes. The concierge are very kind and reliable especially Monet , Amber & Toni. The building is well kept and maintenance has a timely response to your service requests.
