The Gramercy is a beautiful property! Even during the time of covid, Lea was so helpful in showing us around and providing a great tour. We went with another apartment but that is not reflective of the Gramercy, I'd recommend it to anyone!
Nice building and the maintenance and cleaning staff are top notch. However, the building has recently switched to Fetch so no more mail and package delivery to your home which has been a nightmare for many.
I tried to setup an appointment at 3:00 but got no response. I'm not sure if this is a good apartment or not.
Used to be a nice place to stay. But now the environment seems unpleasant and unsafe to stay. Lots of crazy kids making the place not suitable for babies.
