The Bartlett

I know the Bartlett and stayed here for at least 3 months at a time over the last 4+ years. Excellent building and always clean with top notch amenities. BreAnna and Saron are awesome-their customer service is impressively superb! Customer service matters and you’re doing it right. Keep up the good work.

The Bartlett is truly luxurious and maintained very well. The elevators and hallways always smell nice and clean, and the amenities are top notch. However the best part of the experience here is the wonderful staff, who are always approachable and courteous. Breanna is especially lovely and extra helpful, with a constant warm demeanor and a smile that would light up the room. Very happy with this place!

We just renewed our lease here and we could not be more thrilled about it. The Bartlett’s location is ideal for summertime rooftop barbecues. BreAnnna, who works the front desk, is outstanding. Whenever I’ve had a question or issue, she’s quick to assist and always goes the extra mile. I appreciate having her as part of the Bartlett team, and I’m grateful for all she does for us residents.

The Bartlett is a great place to live with the location, amenities, and friendly staff! BreAnna at the front desk has been nothing but kind each time I pass. The front desk staff, both day & night will easily go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. The leasing office has been extremely helpful with any/all questions I have. great experience here!

I moved to Bartlett at the beginning of July, but I carried out all the procedures for the leasing, starting at the beginning of May, through the internet. During this time, Andrew and Julia kept me informed of the progress of the process and were kind enough to give me an enlightening virtual tour of the building. During the moving period and the first few weeks in the building, they were very helpful and gave me a lot of information, which made it easier for me to adapt to the routine of the building. The building is well structured and has met my expectations. It has well-structured common areas, a good gym and the people at the front desk are courteous.

Cecilio Guevara truly understands the meaning of resident experience. He makes living here so easy. We submitted a maintenance request for the washer and our toilet and he came in bright and early and fixed everything up for us. He was very polite and professional and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. I’m grateful for his time and experience.

Beautiful space within walking distance of the post office, various fitness studios, and restaurants. But nothing quite beats having a coffee and grocery store attached to the building. You literally never have to leave if you don't want to. Also, the front desk concierge staff are professional and pleasant. I especially want to compliment BreAnna for always being a light no matter the question or circumstance.

BreAnna from the front desk is amazing, willing to go above and beyond for tenants, even after you move out. The living space is really nice I had one of the apartment units with a large patio that can’t be beat but you give up living space in order to have it. There is a lot of construction because of Amazon, but it doesn’t really ever bother me and I consider myself a homebody. I will admit the quality/layout/design of the units inside are better than some of the newer buildings in the area.

I had a friend who lived at the Bartlett a few years ago and I loved how quiet the building was and the amenities were really great. When I decided to move to the area I was already pretty sure I would end up at the Bartlett and made an appointment to view some apartments. Kathryn McNeal showed us around and listened to what we wanted and came up with the absolute perfect apartment for us. We were very impressed and put in an application that evening. We then dealt with Andrew Scharnweber for the actual leasing paperwork part and he has been really excellent with our rushed last minute crazy move. He has answered all of our questions in a timely manner and has helped relieve any anxieties we have had along the way. Overall it seems like it's a great building with a great team running things, and we're really looking forward to our move! Edit: After moving in we called maintenance because we couldn't figure out how to lock our patio door. Cecilia Guevara came to help us and while here I mentioned that the shower was also draining a little slowly. He checked it out and found an entire other issue, that our shower head was clogged. He fixed it up right away and we are blown away by the water pressure now. We would not even have known we had a water pressure problem had Cecilia not mentioned, so huge props to him for going out of his way to solve a problem we didn't know we had! 5 stars to the building, 5 stars to Cecilio!

I moved to Arlington on very short notice and was worried I would not find accommodations I was happy with. When I found The Bartlett I was stunned by how complete of a package it was. Andrew could not have been more helpful facilitating my couch delivery and Mica has quickly become of my favorite people. Thank you for making my move as seamless and stay as comfortable as possible!
