301 Family Restaurant

We decided to stop here after reading great reviews. Glad we did. The food was excellent. They weren't busy at the time however the service was excellent. If we're ever in the area again we won't hesitate to stop again.

Great down home stop for all you could ask for in a solid southern breakfast. Great portions, decent prices and great service. Will be back whenever in the neighborhood. Food well executed and a real pleasant experience. 4.7

Great breakfast spot. This is what breakfast should be; great waitresses, good food and great price. I always feel at home. If you want potatoes, order the hash browns crispy; otherwise you’ll get a semi cooked patty of shredded potatoes. Also, I’d also like larger coffee cups, the current ones are way too small.

This place was really great. Coming from out of town we like home food cook food and sandwiches and the menu was great. The staff is really friendly and the place is really clean . Great atmosphere if we lived here in Tampa we would definitely come and eat here quite often
