Applebee’s Grill + Bar

It was such bad service. Food cold. Food came out at 3 different times, so the 3 of us couldn't eat together. One meal was cooked to much, sent it back... had to wait on that one longer than expected. Music was at a good level but then someone must've turned it up. It was ridiculous! Had 5 different servers running and checking on our food since the order was messed up. Craziness! I was very dissatisfied and disappointed!!!

Let's get one thing straight....food was very good! Service was terrible. To be fair, I used the app 2 nights and they had some computer glitch excuse why they didn't have my order when I pulled up. They said call next time. Manager ignored me. I stood at the door the first night for over 30 minutes like a ghost. The manager never acknowledged me or offered me a seat. So the only one I give kudos to is Angelica!

I'm convinced that Applebee's is intent on making everyone into all alcoholics! They constantly have "specials" regarding alcoholic drinks. While I did quit enjoying such fare I will still compliment them on their offerings. The food is always excellent and even better if you sign up for their "club" as I constantly get great coupon offers.

Great service and the food was excellent. This chain had disappointed me several times in the past and I'd have probably not have chosen here but a family member was visiting and this was the most convenient for them and the choice they picked. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Our steak here was better than at Texas Roadhouse last week. The server was very attentive but not hovering and super nice!

I went there this past weekend. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I ate outside and the server was awesome. He took our order, made sure we got everything we needed, and kept checking on us. Had a great time and would definitely recommend the watermelon sangria and this Applebee’s location.
