If by chance your in the neighborhood of this lovely Jem it is a must!! Amazing service and Food!! The sweet potato waffle fries with garlic butter are oh so amazing to start with. Then sample the amazing choices of wing toppings. You will not be disappointed . They also have and selection of other great items as well. My husband loved the cheese steak and onion rings.

Mike, Josh and Deb! Are amazing! Mike is my go too when he is working. Always polite, nice and remembers orders with no issue! Always happy to see people and greets others as the walk in. Poppers Secret shrimp Onion rings Wings (garlic parm) Are a must. Had there chicken salad sandwich is was not what I was expecting I would not have it again. Decently has a unique twist to it.

First time visit yesterday. Was a Bit wary, people either seem to love it or hate it. Greeted immediately,seat yourself establishment. Drinks in less than 3 minutes too. Our server Tara was patient and as nice as could be, getting us a few sauce samples to try since we were "sauce virgins" and couldn't decide between 30+ flavors. Food came fast.. about 10 minutes at 5pm on a Saturday. Wings were crispy but moist and covered in sauce as I asked for 'extra wet' Small fries is really a basket of fries, seasoned deliciously, hot and crispy on tut outside and soft inside. 20 wings, small fries and a Pepsi was about $30 with tax. Not the best wings I've ever had but contender in the area for sure. We intend to return to try other flavors for sure.

Waited 30 minutes for an 8inch cheese pizza. Pizza is advertised on there front window as if it's that good but it's not. I will never go back here. It wasn't even peak hours. Apparently the "chef" forgot to put the single item ordered in the oven. I was not given an apology what so ever. Just an incompetent crew working on a Sunday afternoon. In the end all i got was a giant garlic knot with bland sauce and a tiny pinch mix of cheddar with mozzarella cheese. This was a total waste of time.

Customer service is the worst. I’ve been coming here 4 years and I’ve only seen it get worse and worse. I told myself last time I won’t come back but, decided just try again.... BIG MISTAKE. Gotta love over priced wings with no sauce! Hey, they’ll even charge you extra for the honey and then laugh when at you and tell you to bring them back to put honey on them when you live 20 minutes away! I’m not asking for free wings but, to treat someone with such disrespect when they made the mistake! Thanks for the $1 off for next time I come in.... LOL . What a joke! Also, every single time I pick up my bag the cheap containers spill so my bag is covered in sauce so is everything inside, what a mess. I’m all for local business but, the owners daughter shouldn’t be helping run the place! The women at the front desk was probably the friendliest employee I’ve seen in the last year, kudos to her! Wish I had her name. Wings are good but, not worth the hassle, sloppy package jobs and rude employees.
