I cannot say one bad thing about the Building. The Staff are incredible the lobby is spotless I adore my apartment. This is a true Gem .

The staff excellent, but Ashley Spa is not here in this place, I bought a Groupon Vouchers and just now the lobby manager said that is not here. take look the pics added. I feel really Upset.

I lived in this building for 3.5 years, in a few different units R, E, H. The management are great and always worked with me on issues. Maintenance crew showed up to fix whatever was wrong within one day of submitting a ticket. Front desk can be a bit disorganized about packages, but most of the staff there will work with you when there is confusion or if you need anything. Lovely roof deck, serviceable work out room, additional yoga room, movie screening room has technology that is a bit out of date but seating that is lovely, and the shared space on the mezzanine for residents is great -- ping pong, a full kitchen and overall beautiful design. And speaking of design, the entrance will absolutely stun you. It's a wonderful kind of everyday opulence. The biggest drawback are that the elevators go out of service and break a lot, but it's an old building that's been converted for residential use, so patience is a virtue. The second biggest drawback is that they've started housing students from a local prep school on certain floors. They were in the process of making changes to mitigate the effect the presence of the students on the regular residents when I moved out, but it's worth taking into consideration before you move in.

Fortnite is a great place to work for and I am very excited about this opportunity and I am looking forward to working with you on this project as well as the opportunity to 5 my business and with you and your team for the opportunity to work with you soon to help me with the process and I will be in the process of applying for the job the next day next week year and at the end the job job is going well going well forward to with my the most best and things I have ever been been doing well for me the my first time life and is has been a very good experience thing for for me

Such a great building! Comfortable and convenient. The staff, doormen, and concierge are so friendly and welcoming!

Living here now and don’t have any problems. Doormen are always nice and packages were never lost.
