The property is well maintained with a highly professional staff. I also really enjoy the amenities pool hall,bar, virtual golf, which is great for entertaining family and friends. Everything you need is within walking distance which is convenient for us.

Great building, great amenities. Leasing agents very friendly. Management good too if you have any questions. No complaints.

63 Wall Street has been a wonderful experience for me. The building is very luxurious with the various amenities offered, especially the bar and fitness center. My room has been very pleasant and the front desk is very responsive. I really have no complaints. I would highly recommend FiDi and 63 Wall St.

Though access has been a bit hampered by the pandemic, the building has great amenities. Capital improvements/renovations have been nice. Overall cleanliness/updates in common area hallways, etc could be a bit better as with building exterior sidewalks. Overall a pretty good place to live.

Everyone here is very professional and kind. I really appreciate the staff and their attention to detail. The responsiveness and helpfulness of management is truly unparalleled.
