My experience with management and the leasing team has been wonderful. In particular, Chris has been super amazing to work with. He held my hand throughout the whole leasing process and then he’s been so accommodating with anything I’ve needed. Chris has gone above and beyond for me and I highly recommend working with him. In addition, the staff in this building are really great too, from the front desk attendants to the mail room attendants as well. I’m happily satisfied with my living experience here.
The leasing office at 95 Wall Street is great. Kevin is especially fantastic. He went out of his way to call me to welcome me to the building, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and has been so helpful throughout my entire move-in process. Overall, so accommodating and beautiful building!
This building is incredible and Kevin in the leasing office is even more so. Kevin was so helpful and made the application process very easy and smooth for me. He went above and beyond and I am thrilled to be moving in!
Faced a nightmare here with management's brutish, retaliatory nature due to their lack of compliance with face mask mandates back in 2021 when 3,000+ people were dying in NYC per day. I dared to notify and report them twice and they retaliated against the public petition for public concerns without repentance or remorse. This was almost directly after they had allowed an organized criminal gang on the floor place a poor escort in a barrel and wheel her past our front doors. Just felt terribly unsafe here and the police are present in the building more often than not because of the management's selective and lackadaisical enforcement of the ongoing laws and landlord-tenant norms.
We havent had consistent hot water in our apartment since November. Since then, we have submitted 7 service requests, all 'completed' but nothing has changed. This isnt a luxury building, it's not even legal
I was looking for an apartment as got my first job in the city and meeting Kevin Stainback helped me throughout the finding process and made my search a lot easier.
The staff is absolutely amazing. My questions and concerns were met in a timely fashion. Kevin and Ryan are extremely professional and considerate.
Their new "D" energy grade by the city means the utilities for an average studio here are easily $150+ just for energy/water/sewer/pest/renter's insurance and all the other hidden charges they include. Don't ignore the bad reviews! This was the biggest rental mistake we ever made! The units here are also so poorly ventilated that cigar/cigarette/marijuana smoke become a huge problem as well as the ---THIN--- walls. The noises and sounds come INTO your apartment and the landlord doesn't do a thing about it except manipulate you once you're locked into their shady lease. They don't really maintain the "amenities" here at all -- not even a daily cleaning, if you can call them "amenities". There's no community here and the staff/tenants are problematic. It's a big mistake to rent here unlike countless other apartments - don't be fooled by the broken washer/dryer that doesn't really clean your clothes. They never come fix that when asked! Staff and Management here are untrustworthy. Police are here *often* and this building doesn't feel safe due to landlord mismanagement.
I subleased an apt here for a few years, the front desk are very nice and professional , especially Hava, Ergus and G man. That being said: 1. Smoking cigarettes is non stop in this “non smoking building “ 2. Hidden fees include: gym fees, pet fees, electric bill is higher here too because you can’t pay directly with con Ed. 3. Safety is a big concern especially after the murder of a girl here this summer feel free to search online. 4. I miss the previous manager and his team, at least they had the decency to answer emails and follow up on maintenance issues.
