5-Star Nails & Spa

We went to star nails for my little girls birthday party and we were not impressed. I don't normally write reviews but they were terrible with the kids.. my other daughter was in tears because the owner was so short with her..She is 4. He obviously has no experience with kids and no patience. He was very rude to the kids and rushed all of us out the door. I called five days in advance to let them know we would be having the party there and he stated he would call me back but never did. He acted surprised to see us there and acted like we were a huge inconvenience to him. I have been here several times with my sisters for girl's night out and we have always had a good experience but this time with the kids was different and I will not be going back; not even for girl's night out.

Awful job but the brother was nice. The sister kept yelling at him then when i was done they were not the same length at all the gel started peeling the next day. I ended up paying more to have them off and done again some place else. Every color and design i showed them didnt have or could not do so i also settled to. Dont go here or took 2 1/2 hrs just to have to go another place 2 days after and start over.

I love this place! Henry always greets me with a warm smile and a bottle of water. Lin does an excellent job on my nails every time. I get a french tip shellac and She does a great job. They always go out of their way to make sure I have a positive experience. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I got pedicures on our honeymoon and we both had an incredible experience! They know their clients by name and they really listened to what I wanted. This week when i got my nails done I was running late so two of the employeees worked on my nails to get me done as fast as possible. And the nails look amazing! That’s customer service! I love these guys and I will definitely go back!

Took my wife who is 3 weeks out from our first babies due date to spoil her and they did a great job! Very sweet to her and made her feel very special. Thanks Lin.
