Paid $35 for a gel manicure and $30 for a pedicure. The lady cut my finger-s MULTIPLE times. She was in a rush and my nails came out thick and bulky. I still paid and left a tip. Go home and notice one of my nails has shellac digging into the side of my finger. I go to work the next morning and the piece that’s digging into my cuticles starts hurting every time I type a key. I go in after work, less than 24 hours of having these done and she tries to charge me an additional $20 to have them fixed. I told her to just remove it because I am not paying an additional $20. She rushes to remove the polish, hurting my already cut cuticles and she didn’t even take ALL of the polish off. Terrible customer service. Definitely will not be returning

Don't bother making an appointment they will just come in and have you wait 45 minutes to even start your nails...

Called to see if there was a wait time they said no. They sat me right away and removed my nail polish and I waited for a good 30-40 minutes before they started my nails and then was there for over an hour and a half the lady was so rushed my nails look terrible and I don’t have time for them to redo them so paid full price for terrible nails

I walked in to get my nails done for the first time here. No greeting even after standing there waiting for a minute so I walked out... I will find a place that is friendly and welcoming to my business. Sorry.

I have been going here for years. It is clean and sanitary. I am extremely picky with the lenth, thickness, and shape of my nails and Kathy does them best. I drive 20 minutes for her expertise! I have been to so many nail salons over the years. This salon is kind and always listens so you get the best experience possible. Thank you!
