Right on strip great when it's light but let sun go down or weekends ,holidays not safe but they lock doors have security great owners
This gas station is the reason our nice apartment complex gets a bad wrap. They allow the homeless to just continue living outside their store. When easily they could enforce them not to be there. Don’t go here and spend ur money. Don’t support companies that do nothing to incline their communities around them.
I visit this location multiple times day. The man that normally works the night shift has always been very friendly and always makes my night with fun conversation and jokes. But when the young girl with the accent works it is always a nightmare going in there. Every single time she is rude, loud and always rushing me out of the store. But tonight I have finally had enough. I came into the store looking for my normal midnight snack and unfortunately they weren't stocked. So I went back to the front to pick up my backpack and wait for my boyfriend to finish shopping. The young girl dressed in a bright red spandex jumpsuit and another young employee in a tank top with her work shirt unbuttoned rudely told me and another customer to get out of the store if we weren't going to purchase anything and walked towards us pushing us out of the store. Not to mention I could barely understand what they were saying in the first place due to their speaker blasting in my ear. I understand this location isnt in the best part of town but these girls were the main disturbance in the parking lot. Even after I exited the store they stood close to me in the parking lot talking loudly trying to intimate me. I'm usually not one to complain but her behavior is out of line and I am not the only customer sick of their attitude.
It’s a 7-Eleven! If you need a place to buy things you’d normally find at 7-Eleven, this is the place to go! Especially if your thing is for some reason a 7-Eleven that blasts classical music on the outside speakers. I’m not sure what other people are expecting. If you are so easily triggered that seeing a homeless person or interacting with an underpaid cashier causes you to leave a bad review on google, you shouldn’t be going here. But if you need a quick place to pick up beer, snacks, and slurpees, this place is great!
3 different employees have been rude to me here. Yes, I came in just for a soda refill, but that's no reason to tell me "get out, you're holding up the line" note: I was the only customer in the check-out line. Cashier wouldn't even tell me what I was supposed to pay, so I just grabbed a bunch of change and hoped I covered it. 3rd time with different employees I've had this problem.
Waited a good ten minutes for to the cashier to converse with a loitering homeless person. She knew I was waiting to pay but kept ignoring me. When I finally and respectfully asked for service the cashier litterally yelled at me and called me an a**hole. She then proceeded to get what I politely asked for, then she told me she wouldn't sell it to me because I was "creepy." At which point she told me I must be having a terrible life and coming off of drugs and that I had to leave the store. I've never been so degraded in my life for just wanting to buy something. Her name is Raven, and she should not be the manager. No, I am not coming off of drugs, it gives me anxiety to be refuted for no good reason. Yes, I am having a bad life, and I don't need people like her making it worse. Will not be returning to this location. Other reviews accurately describe it as a homeless drug user hang out. Always filthy dirty. Corona breeding ground.
This is the 4th time in 2 weeks that I have gone to this store just to be told by someone up front that the store is closed for 30minutes. Why are you guys closing during business hours, and why so often? They also just sit there I literally waited outside in the cold watching waiting and they did nothing. Like seriously what is wrong with this 7-11, its ridiculous. Stop closing when your not supposed to stop!!!!!!!!!!!
Seems like this place has become the number one spot on N Temple for homeless addicts to gather. When I pulled into the parking lot, before I even left my car a couple of sketchy dudes were standing outside my car door to beg for money while scanning the contents within my car. Asking for spare change doesn't bother me, but this group of people were extremely pushy and didn't accept "sorry, I don't have any cash on me" as an answer. I'd understand if this was a rare occurence, but it seems like every time I visit this location past 5pm I am faced with the same problem. The owner/employees really need to ensure that people don't loiter or panhandle on their business's property and ensure their customer's safety. All in all if you're thinking of stopping here and you see a group of people outside the business, just keep on driving. Furthermore, I wouldn't recommend this location's Amazon Locker for the same reason mentioned above.
Went in yesterday with my boyfriend, there was a woman working the register, it was during the day. I always go to this 7-11 because of how conveniently close to home it is. But when me and my boyfriend came in yesterday we were in the medicine section looking at the selection, I picked up one of the products and hung it back up backwards so I could read the label. When me and my boyfriend were looking the cashier lady very rudely assumed that we were shoplifting and yelled it across the store multiple times accusing us of stealing condoms. In front of all of the other customers, and embarrassed me and my boyfriend. Multiple times she yelled it and told the other customers we were stealing condoms when in fact we weren’t. It wasn’t until I had to tell her that we weren’t doing anything and we brought our items to the counter. At that point I had to walk away and let my boyfriend pay or I would’ve yelled at her. Horrible service, horrible experience, and it was embarrassing walking in there. That was not okay. You can’t just assume someone is shoplifting because of their age, gender, race, etc. and I feel like that’s what happened because we are a younger couple. That’s harassment and discrimination.
It's one of my favorite gas stations for a quick stop to buy a few things! I love their hot chocolate and coffee that you can get at a reasonable price! They have the best brownies, cookies and doughnuts! They sell deodorant, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.
