Love's Travel Stop

Not the best location for a Love’s. You will get many people asking you for money or trying to get you to buy iPads while you pump your gas. Bathrooms could be cleaner. They have a decent energy drink selection.

Only got fuel and a clean shower so it was smooth for me

The only thing this location had going was it is close to my delivery location. Other than that, the towels smelled bad, the parking was minimal due to the local drivers & dropped trailers. The topper was the random ppl knocking on my cab 1 lady of the night & a random dude trying to get me to open the door NOPE!!

Kyle and crew who are working on a Sunday 10/23/2022 at the tuck shop need to be recognized for their professionalism and expertise. They were cheerful and willing to help with my situation. I was having Issues with my 5th wheel not locking on my 2022 freightliner cascadia. I stopped at the Pilot shop Tire Mart and their techs simply told me that it needed grease. After greasing the 5th wheel, it was still not locking. 1 of their techs told me to come to this loves because "those guys know what they're doing" he said. Imagine that...a business refering a customer to their competitors. I showed up and Kyle immediately told me he would like to do a thorough inspection on my 5th wheel to make sure its safe.His knowledge was immediately apparent as he disassembled my 5th wheel immediately and What he found was shocking, missing bolts and parts holding the lock jaw in place. I should have lost the last trailer I was pulling. He quickly began looking for the parts needed and there is no doubts Kyle and his team will have me rolling in no time. I want to thank Loves for having such a professional team for us drivers. Kyle and crew definitely is what makes this Loves different from other Loves where I have never had this type of service. Kyle and crew deserved to be recognized because they continued their great customer service in the same way with other customers coming in and over the phone as I watched them work as I waited. Having worked as a General Manager at a Uhaul Rental Center with a Truck shop for 20 yrs I can immediately recognize top performers and great people. These are great guys that make a huge difference for any business! These guys definitely deserve to be recognized. Auto lot closes at 9pm but you can stay overnight if you get here before that. Cashiers and security all very nice. Not a great area to stay, but I have stayed in worse…

12/14/2022 4:30 am Showers down due to lazy workers Front desk lady she a b**** Terrible place

Usually a joke to see this place. It more of a sub station for local pd. The location is in a run down side of town not much to walk to or enjoy outside of the shower. The bathroom smelled of feet and piss. Guess they don't check it to much. Subway is busy outside the fact its the better choice than McD's,moreover, the subway artist upgrade on really make the sub look presentable. Unlike the last 4xs. I came.. But the service was the worst. I walk around to front to come in sketch the legs more. Only to be questioned as if I was a street walker with no reason to be getting coffee charmaine the cashier not only was pointing me of the rest. Decided to talk bout as if I were deaf to the insults. I do the same at all locations coffee fruits cups if they are edible.. Lol subway pay for my items at subway. I may even sit to let the crowd calm down or look over the menu.. Charmaine and about 4 other employees thought they would have a go at my intenions I felt insulted due to the fact I spent 356 dollars in fuel. I paid with my points. I will come back drivers have very few choices in the stops for st louis.. Given chances to many times of disappointment with this place..... The security on the grounds and police always eating here. Even the guard agreed with me on how the subway staff couldn't make a damn sandwich my 3rd visit.. The greeting is not there... Btw the store is clean the staff is rude one liners. The parking area is decent but not very clean. They let random ppl come in the gated truck side and panhandle drivers. For fuel etc. But better not walk around with your . Theyll getcha quick .. Ill come for the only from here on. Can't wait to comeback... Tom as always the perimeter is flawless but the inside is not. Drive well as if your life depends on it..

will not give this location any business again. Just needed a tire put on a trailer and mud flap, we had the tire and on the rim, took them 11hrs to even get him in the bay....kept telling driver he was next, so we waited, they kept telling him this, giving no time frame. was just about to call a service truck to come get it fixed. Then they pull him in. There is a Good year tire service just around the corner from them, better off to go there.

I’m gonna throw you 4 stars cause Sheesh! I came all the way here from Denton Texas & only had 14 minutes remaining on my drive clock. For the inner city, this truck stop has a relatively large parking area considering. I arrived here a little after 3 PM on a Tuesday, & it was a reasonable amount of parking spaces available in such a busy city… You guys helped me dodge a timing bullet & I appreciate it!!! thank you thank you thank you Loves!!!!!

This location has gone downhill pumps are dirty, staff not friendly, and on 12/28/22 only had 1 diesel pump working and NO DEF . Parking lot is filthy. I only fuel here because it’s required by my company
