All employees except one night shift employee are awesome. The manger always as a nice smile for his customers and he is helpful. They are well stocked 99% of the time. The produce is great and the bakery items are fresh.
I come in here almost every morning. One of the workers, slim Indian guy behind the register always looks like he’s sleeping on himself & really holds me up from my busy morning. I’m usually to the minute and although their items are always fresh & stacked I cannot deal with this employee that’s holding his eyes open every morning. I understand sometimes you’re just tired & having a bad day but this is everyday!
After a looooong day we were glad to find gas. Its not that easy to do in NYC you know. Now the fact that there were snacks AND Slurpees was just a bonus. Good gas prices...very well lit...clean and well stocked store. Worker was a good guy. Am saving this location so we can find it again.
I went to the store and I bought a Sim card package for cell phone service they said it would be working fine when I called the company lycamobile. They were saying that they selling outdated Sim card packages for cell phone service. I called the gentleman and asked him can you help me in this matter. He was very angry very ferocious on the phone with me. So if they practice this week what are your concerns they have I will not go back to 7-Eleven
I did not receive my .11cent discount per gallon. I did go into the store and scan my app. I was required to give an amount for the estimated purchase at the pump. I only used $30 of the $35 I said I need in gas. The additional $5 that I did not use at the gas pump was not returned to me.
Horrific customer service! These employees need to be fired! Absolutely disgusting i will never be returning there and neither will anyone i know until they are gone!!!! The bald guy with glasses and the indian guy with the longer tyoe hair. Absolutely no regard for human life much less their own. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!
The store has many different types of vapes. I went in there to get a stig. However the prices are fairly high compared to other vape stores. Place is clean, easy checkout. Price for stig was 25
Conpared to other 7-Eleven locations, this one located on Forest Avenue not too far to the east of Richmond Avenue, is not the worst 7-Eleven location around especially the New York City Tri-State Megapolis area . I would give it a 3 star rating for service, selection, management, cleanliness, arrangement, space management, and this location doesnt provide ANY special perks or value it can give back to me or any other person shopping here, i.e. you. That being said, although its not number 1 when compared to other locations when regarding any of the categories mentioned above, it us certainly not in last place either. Nor is it the worst 7-Eleven ive been to
On August 23, 2017 I inquired for some assistance in a store-based transaction. Both the attendant and what appeared to be her female overseer refused to help me. The overseer sarcastically stated "Yeah, I could," while glaring at me and refusing to move, which was odd since she was all too eager to have assisted with the previous customer. The ordeal was a bit too antagonistic for my liking. Their standard of quality customer service is too unreliable for me.
Though the night staff is very friendly and helpful the female staff during the day are on another level of incompetent. It's as though they share one damaged brain between all of them. I've had to walk out with out completing my transaction on more than one occasion. And today's interaction just blew my mind.
