Poor customer service. After playing lotto #s the young man assisting me said if I wanted anything else I would need to go to the end of the line. I asked him why if I was already here. He said thats the rule What kind of rule is this? If a customer is already being assisted why would they need to go to the end of the line to purchase something else. Your cashier needs to be taught manners and not send customer to the back of the line. He is extremely rude and unprofessional
I walked into this 7-11 at around 10:15pm -10:30pm on January 31st 2022. I wanted To make a cash deposit, the employees said after 6pm they take no more deposits. Okay understandable, i asked the Chinese lady for her name, she refused to give me her name then Said she will call the cops on me. I asked another employee what’s her name and he also refused to give me her name. A argument then happened for roughly 10-15 minutes. This store needs to be shut down or needs new management, to many poor reviews on this store. I also Have video proof and filed a complaint to the 7-11 HR, if i could give this store a negative 5 rating i would. They definitely don’t deserve one star.
Great convenience store has a good selection of hot food too
THIS SEVEN ELEVEN IS A BIG STORE. VERY CLEAN . THEY HAVE A LOT OF SEASONAL STUFF. HOLIDAY STUFF. BIG SELECTION OF CAKES AND DONUTS. A LOT OF COFFEE. CUSTOMERS HAVE GOOD MANNERS. WORKERS ENJOY WORKING THERE. SMILES!!!!
Very poor management. Other grocery stores in this area offer much better prices and are more skilled at dealing with public.
This store doesn't even deserve one star .. the lady worker is rude . Going in there you either need to go in with exact change or coins you change before you leave out!! They will rob you for your money if you don't count it right there !! Never AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!
Top Im a regular here and always stop in weekly for my newspapers. Or oddball supplies, Nieghborhood staple to westerleigh.
This is the worst run 7 Eleven on staten island after tonight will never go back
I love it,I always go there to buy my favorite chips service is great
