Amazing place for waffles and really good coffee too!!! I tried this apple waffle and I was happy with the results. The coffee was just as good. I’m definitely going back for another waffle soon. When I say I appreciate a good waffle on a weekend morning I really mean it.

First time eating here. Waffles are great, coffee was great. Will definitely return. I got the plain waffle since it was my first time there. My daughter got the banana, Nutella one.

I always loved this place but my last few visits have been very disappointing. First of all I always have to wait for my order for a very long time. One time I waited for a sandwich for 20 minutes and they weren’t even busy, they simply forgot about my order. Even when I ordered for pickup and it said on the app ‘your order is ready’ I still had to wait!! Also, I decided to order overnight oats and in the picture they have a beautiful bowl with bananas and peanut butter. Instead I got oats with lots of milk and that’s it!! No toppings at all!! I paid $7.50 for just oats and milk!! Never buy their overnight oats. They have no idea how to prepare it. I had to use apples from my husband’s apple pie waffle as my oatmeal topping, which worked great! Coffee is always good in this place. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back there again. Maybe will order their waffle and coffee and have it delivered so I don’t have to wait forever.

The fluffiest and best waffle I’ve EVER had. My big thing against waffles is that they’re too crispy and tough a lot of the time, but not this one Thanks to B&L I now know that a good waffle exists. My latte was really good too.

Their waffles are so delicious and super filling. I ordered a waffle with my own toppings. They were incredibly fluffy. I also ordered an iced cappuccino which was surprisingly really yummy.

I found a piece of really thin hair in my food in between the waffle, the worst part of it I was about to finish. my food. Absolutely disgusting. I can excuse the fact that it's partially burnt just like my coffee but hair? Never ordering from here again.

I had my Engagement party here! Literally the perfect place for an intimate party. The owner was so helpful and made things affordable. I wanted to shop local only during my wedding journey, to give back! i don't regret it one bit. From coffee, to decor, & overall friendliness-- I will always recommend!

The first thing I notice about this establishment is not the food but the feel of the place itself. Quant. Tiny. But that's not a bad thing! It's got a very warm feel to it. The food itself is VERY tasty. And they have Gluten Free options! Fruits are fresh and the service is always with a smile. I highly recommend Beans and Leaves for a breakfast treat!

Before Covid, i used to really love coming to beans and leaves with my friends. The workers were great and so friendly. However now, i unfortunately can’t say the same thing. I went to beans and leaves with my friends and we ordered food along with coffee. It took them almost an hour to bring out our stuff, and not to mention it wasn’t very good. Before that, i went up to the counter to ask if our food was being made and how much longer would the wait be. They hadn’t even started our food. I would understand if they were busy and understaffed, however when we went it was not busy at all. Completely disappointed with the service.

A nice place to eat breakfasft and relax. Also you can bring your own laptop and have a nice coffe table and quier enviromenr, they to offer FREE Wifi! Is like a Starbuck brand but more relaxing place!
