Dunkin' Donuts

My mom went two minutes ago and to she asked to talk to manager and try to order something this dunkin this Bay Street location and the front one girl-working on 11.30am Wednesday and this girl was today behave and talking very rude and she talking nonsense talk with my mom. And customer service is very worst and not good. I am not recommended anyone to go to this dunkin Bay Street location. We never come again to buy donuts and not visited this dunkin again. Bad customer service and worst dunkin store on Bay Street opposite of western beef the address of dunkin is located in 450 Bay Street Staten Island. No body is come for working on this location if this rude girl behave bad. This girl does not like new people to join dunkin for work on this location.

They're always busy so there's always a line but it moves pretty quick. The food is good here. The servers don't interact much to keep the line moving so don't try any small talkFood: 5/5

The customer service is excellent, food is fresh and the coffee is awesome. I really enjoy going to this location. BUT the store owner will not open the store on Sundays. So many visitors come from the Ferry and want to drink Dunkin Donuts coffee and not other coffee shops. The community hopes that the owner will reconsider and open this location on Stuyvesant in Staten Island.

Wife loves the coffee and ease of order/pickup. Dunkin needs to give up the doughnuts altogether. Nothing but air and sugar. But I will still enjoy a 500 calorie blueberry muffin once in a while.

They also have Drive thru and it's usually the same personal, which is great Vegetarian options: There is a few meatless meals Kid-friendliness: Donuts, grilled cheese

I like DD, but don't waste your money on the warm cinnamon roll at this location. I don't know if its this location or the franchise fault. All I know is, this thing was nasty. It has to be warm! I watched them pull out this pre wrapped frozen tray of cinnamon rolls that looks like they bought it from Costco's. It tasted like warm under cooked bread dough with cinnamon and a teaspoon smear of cream cheese. Nothing close to the picture. Talk about something that went down hard and is just sitting in my stomach like a thick blob.

Am I missing something or it's just me? The lady making the coffee in the photo picked the almond milk box from above those boxes to make somebody's coffee then put it back... Isn't milk supposed to be in a refrigerator???

Management is a bit hectic there I gotta double check my orders all the time gotta taste my coffee cause I enjoy an added turbo shot for a $1 extra but most times they will not add the shot.Food: 4/5
