Dunkin Donuts

Im sure Im not the only person that orders coffee for co workers, if I trusted the order was always done properly I wouldn’t need to ask for 2 pumps caramel in a tiny cup. I was told by a very rude woman it wasn’t allowed to be given out, however 2 days prior someone gave it to me. She was more concerned who gave it to me and trying to get a description of the person who gave it to me rather then her customer service at the time. She went on to say if the coffee taste bad it’s not her problem. -_- Don’t waste your money here. If America runs on Dunkin’ they should care about what they are giving/saying to consumers. She was most likely the manager in the am. Will not spend my money at this location. Time to find a new DD on the way to work or maybe a coffee shop with excellent costumer service.

Visiting Staten Island stopped at this Dunkin' that is adjacent to a gas station. The coffee was fresh, tasty, food was also good but the service was the best of all. Collectively these are the nicest ladies I've encountered working in a fast food / coffee shop.

Regular weekend spot to get my Macchiato. It's usually pretty crowded and the staff is friendly. Vegetarian options: I believe they have vegetarian toast or something. Kid-friendliness: Kids can def. Go in Parking: Parking available throughout the plaza. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair can fit in, even though it's a little tight in there. Dietary restrictions: Sorry. I'm not sure about that.

I worked here for 1 day yup, that’s all it took to be grossed out, so besides poor management.. this store reuses muffins for atleast 3-4 days… if they’re not rock hard they wrap them for the next day… last night Milk machine was clean and my “ coworker” literally mixed milk cream & skim.. when I asked her “ wasn’t that skim & cream in those containers? She then told Me the whole milk container was cream… she gave it to customers smh!!! The food station food looks so old & they literally just change the days. My manager told me “ make sure you redo the stickers before the end of the day”…. I’m like do I toss the food and refill? She said NO. I have 7 months of Dunkin experience this is illegal. I also ate from here and now I am sick!!!

Extremely small Dunkin’, and their offerings are very limited compared to a regular Dunkin’, but they have pretty much everything you’d want from a typical Dunkin’. Staff are very quick and polite, and if you’re a regular, they know exactly how you want your order, which I appreciate. I just wish their donuts and Munchkin’s were fresh, sometimes they taste hard as a rock.

Always a pleasure to grab my coffee from here. Coffee is brewed perfectly not watered down. Donuts are always fresh and in an assortment of variety. Workers are friendly,polite and prideful.

This is a smaller location in a gas station. I've been here a few times and it's generally very clean and one of the few options along this part of Richmond Terrace. It can get a bit busy in the mornings.

Well they have a great coffee! I had dark decaf coffee with two shots of Caramel and almond milk! It tasted delicious and full of sugar actually! I love this place but you have to be careful of addiction! The coffees and the donuts are very appealing to drink it ear more than one cup or one donuts! You can find Dunkin all over the world not only in USA and they have a great service wherever you go! If you still did not get the chance to try it, give it a try as soon as possible..

The drinks are good but the donuts are just awful. Not picking on this one- they are all pretty bad.

The female manager with the curly hair is always rude. If I ask her for more sweetner or cream, she rudely tells to me to keep stirring it. If I tell her my bagel is dry and stale like its been held overnight, she tells me its not and suppose to be that way. If I ask for a receipt, she gets upset and slams it on the counter while venting her frustrations in her language to her employees. I have no idea what her problem is but customer service is not in her DNA. Please replace her. All the other employees are polite but she needs to go.
