I've been consistently impressed with this 7-Eleven! They’ve really stepped up their game. All the equipment has been upgraded, and the taquito rollers are always fully stocked with a great selection. The big gulp machine is well-tended and gives a perfect pour every time. The workers are super friendly and engaging, showing real pride in their work. I even became a 7-Eleven rewards member because of how well they represent the store. Prices for 7-Eleven brand items are reasonable compared to other choices in the area, and I appreciate the transparent and fair pricing. The location is well-kept, clean, and looks immaculate. Overall, this 7-Eleven is top-notch
Wow just ordered food. Pizza is incorrect, drink is incorrect and beef tacos were stale, hard and inedible. Would you give that stale and hard tacos to your family smh. No one cares anymore!
Best Store in the area. I ve’ been a customer for over 6 years, staff is always welcoming and quick to serve. Also, love the great selection of Energy drinks and deals...
The boy who works at this store is the most rude, unprofessional retail worker I’ve ever encountered. I asked if it was possible when receiving my change to get two five dollar bills instead of a ten. He responded by angrily whining that they were his and he needs them. Ok fine then. He made me reach across the counter to take the change from his hand instead of handing it to me. Then, he immediately turns his back to me to help a lottery customer without placing my items in a bag or offering me a receipt. When I asked about the bag he ignored me as if I was never there. The parents of this child should be ashamed and he absolutely has no business running a store autonomously.
Worst run store in the area. Bought a lighter and went home and tried it. It didn't work. Went back less than five minutes later. Was told by old guy that I didn't buy the faulty lighter there. I said there was a young employee who sold it to me . The older guy says no , and that he was the clerk. Then the young guy walked out. I said there he is and showed him the lighter didn't work. Young man said I didn't buy that lighter from him and that I went home and came back with a different lighter to rip him off. They both refused to give me a working lighter or my money back. When I called him a rip off and that I was going to report him, he threw the lighter at me. They are the worst of the worst.Negative stars if that is possible!
The night clerk would only accept up to 3 $1 coins for some bizarre reason. The total was $7 so instead of paying with a card I didn't accept his illegal rule restricting US currency and I left without buying anything. If I pay in quarters, nickels, dimes, or even pennies YOU CAN NOT make up new rules restricting how I pay as long as I pay! I will NEVER return to that location, and I will be reporting your clerk to the appropriate officials. There is NO SIGN stating how many dollars, quarters, etc I am limited to use for a purchase...If you don't know how customer service, or currency works, you shouldn't be open for business.
Would not properly and lawfully accept a USA PASSPORT as a form of identification. There is no more legitimate form of ID, quite baffling. Also very dirty and unsanitary around fountain drink dispensers and cup holders, absolutely filthy, who knows what year it was properly cleaned up. Will never be back.
To the Oriental woman working behind the counter on 4/13/21 at 7:45pm, Do not work with the public in a customer service setting if you cannot be civilized and pleasant. But not to worry, this is one customer you will never see in your store again.
Go in this store everyday with the same size mug. It cost me a dollar. Went in one night and they charged me $1.49. I told the guy TALL guy hat on backwards it's only a dollar, I get the same thing every day. He argued with me using foul language. I paid him the $1.49. As I'm walking out the door he's still yelling at me with his foul language. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
This is an average 7-Eleven store that offers food, beverages, Slurpees, and various other items. Parking is limited, which is not usually a problem except on Free Slurpee Day. Aisles are rather tight and people will block or bump into each other if the store is crowded, but again, that's not usually a problem except when there's a hot promo.
