I love this place. I have used Walgreens in 3 states and many areas as sometimes you need to shop around for certain brands but this pharmacy is the best hands down. Jackie and Ted are amazing and remember you, how to pronounce your name mine is tricky and what you take. The take the time to see if there are issues mixing meds amd they make my day better just talking to them. All the staff there are polite and kind. I met Karen yesterday for the first time and she treated me like she’s been seeing me all year. Best place hands down!!! Thank you !!

This is the worst store they won’t take care of their customers at all. I went for a passport photo couple of days back they said that the store was busy and suggested to come on a different day, I went back and visited again in two days, they made me wait for 30mins and no one showed up.

The worst Walgreens! All the staff made customer using coupon feeling so uncomfortable. They always try to argue with the customer. With curbside pick up always missing items because they don’t even want to go to each aisle to check! Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

People over the pharmacy are so rude and impatient. I feel like I am the one who owed them money

This web site says the pharmacy opens at 8am on Wednesday... Well I went at 8:30 and they don't open until 9:00 am. Also, I needed to ask the pharmacist a question, and she was busy, which I understand... But I heard one of her pharmacy techs inform her that I was waiting to speak with her and she was very rude to the woman saying, "I know! I will get to her when I get a chance!" snapping at her coworker. That wasn't very nice. I left. I didn't need an answer that bad. Other than that, this is my primary pharmacy, and they usually are very helpful and proficient. I'm not changing my pharmacy... I just wanted it to be known..

I use this place for its pharmacy and usually it's a fine experience and staff is pleasant. Today there was some malcontent working, though. Pretty rude and condescending, not just with me but with the customer in front of me as well. Hoping it's my first and last time dealing with her.

I have been using this Walgreens for ever eight years to pick up all of my photos and miscellaneous items and have always received great customer service. Until today. I noticed that nobody was at the photo counter to help me pick up my photos so I walked over to an older woman named Kathy and asked politely if someone could help me pick up my photos. She frowns at me, said, "Okay?", and walked away from me without another word. So I walk over to the photo counter and wait a few minutes. I'm running errands and have an appointment shortly and decided to ask another woman at a register if someone could be paged to help me since Kathy was busy. The older woman, Kathy, is across from me helping at another register, looked at me and spoke loudly, "I TOLD HER I WOULD HELP HER." Now the way she spoke to me was rude. I responded, "No you did not. You said, "Okay?" and walked away from me without another word." She decided to argue with me in front of customers she was helping. One of the customers interjected because the situation became escalated when she spoke to me in an unpleasant tone. Eventually I picked up my photos, helped unfortunately by this rude woman- Kathy, and went about my day. Now I treat everyone the same way I would like to be treated in return and was highly disappointed and upset with the customer service I received from Kathy. I hope the next time is a much more pleasant experience.

Visited the store today. Joe, the associate was so helpful. I was trying to redeem my $10 rewards and for some reason the system had my incorrect zip code so I could redeem my rewards. He verified everything and then I re-entered everything three times and it would still not give me the $10 in rewards. Joe was very patient during the entire time. My experience with management was not very good. See my next review below.

A pharmacy. Seriously one of the leaders of convenient pharmacies, that it caused CVS to close 900 of it's stores. If you don't know what Walgreens is then you were just born or are stupid.

Everyone in the pharmacy is rude and argues with you when they are wrong about your order. Switching to another pharmacy.
