This Ulta was so nice an very professional!!! Unlike Kennett Sq Ulta which is HORRIBLE all managers esp the GM so much drama an employees talking about other employees. Thank you for a wonderful experience

After trying to call six times!, between the hours of 11am and 12pm without anyone answering. I would not expect to have better service in person. All I wanted to do was confirm a product was in-stock to pick up as a gift

The ladies here were super helpful today and helped me pick out nice lip oils and im very happy with my purchases :

DISCRIMINATING !!! I will NEVER shop at this location again! I'm a loyal Ulta customer and have been years. Shopping at this location for the first time was a terrible experience. Upon entering the environment was very unfriendly. The girl at the front register blond hair was very rude, from not greeting me ... yet greeting everyone else. No one employee took the time yo ask me if I need assistance or if I had any questions. Each and every caucasian customer had a very easy welcoming check out. Once I was in line to check out I was avoided and then FINALLY the blond waved her hand at me to come over. She made no eye contact and wrong all my items up with out even asking for my number connected to my membership cardassuming I didn't have one I was treated less then a person and will never return and do not recommend anyone to shop at this location.

Stopped here on 7/30/22 to get my Shampoo, Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special Shampoo which I highly recommend! Every employee I encountered was very nice & professional. Definitely check out this location!

It always have something for someone so that's a good thing I think some things are a little expensive but some things are okay priced I guess you could say it is what it is but all in all the the people that works there are very friendly so I will go again and tell others thank you

This salon is amazing! I recently moved to the area and was very nervous to trust someone new with my hair. Amanda was great at calming my fears and ensuring that she was doing my hair to get the exact results I wanted. Great atmosphere, friendly stylists, and reasonably priced- you really can't go wrong! I'll be back!

Was super nervous to come in, worked up the courage to go get exactly what I wanted, went in and picked up two small items. Being nervous someone would think I was stealing, I went to the front and got a hand basket to put the items in and then walked back to get the other small items I was interested in. Upon walking back, a member of staff working the online order section followed me back the store and pretended to.. I’m not even sure? Fix a display?right next to where I was looking at eyebrow pencil colors. I turned to genuinely ask her for help least she could do after following me and she WALKED AWAY!! After making direct eye contact!! I immediately felt embarrassed and went to check out without further shopping. A trip I was anxious to make immediately made worse for the experience. The other staff who I spoke to were polite and quick to assist In a genuine manner and they’re the ones who warrant the stars in this instance. Doesn’t anyone try the customer service approach to loss prevention anymore?? Definitely would have helped save face.

I love the manager and the cashiers are amazing. I love the variety of items in my beloved Ulta. I highly recommend Ulta to everyone. They have coupons, points, and ways to save money. They also have lots of sales too. I love that they have BH Cosmetics there. In my opinion BH Cosmetics is very underrated.
