7-Eleven

This 7-11 is horrible. There is never any coffee or hot food in the morning. The person "working" there is always on his phone & does nothing. I would skip this store & go to the 1 off Nellis.

It's been like 5 months and they still don't have ice for their sodas. And the manager is rude. Which is weird cuz the other employees are usual fine.

Store was impeccably clean, the clerk was kind and helpful. My food was hot and tasted delicious

Do not go to this 7 eleven gas station, go to the other gas station located right across from it - I think it’s called Rebel Gas Station, horrible customer service from the cashier that was working the register on 5/9/20 at 240pm I came in to get a drink and had to use the bathroom but she said - no restrooms even though I was a paying customer and I know that the employees have a restroom that I could have used if she was considerate but she was not and had a lot of attitude when saying it at the same time, also there was a man letting her know that the soda machine was out of stock on Pepsi which he wanted - and her reply was - it won’t be stocked until later at the next shift, which was terrible customer service. Advice to the hiring team at this location- employ someone else that can give better service and attitude and who is grateful for a entry level job and to be working. I go to many 7 Elevens but will not be going to this location ever.

Store manager shouldn’t be in customer service. Disgustingly rude.

Card wouldn’t work. No public bathroom

The lady cashier is pleasant. The store appears to be clean. Except the condiments do not look fresh. Not a good thing for me. The machines are okay. I cashed out eleven bucks on two dollars. Gave the cashier one dollar. The beer is is 22 cents more expensive then my eastern bonanza 7-11 but the gas is good store looks nice No complaints except the condiments . And they never offer me a drink while i play their machines bad for me.. Since my first review I have visited this 7 11several times and it is one of my favorites the machines actually pay ! The workers are great customer service reps !

I tried to use my app to get a pizza slice for 50 cents. The cashier had an issue ringing it up correctly. instead of solving the issue, he kept re-trying the same thing over and over. a large line built up and people were get annoyed and offering to pay for my things due to the cashiers incompetence. it was embarrassing and a horrible experience. the cashier than accused me of using my pizza slice already as he really couldn't figure this out, but if you look at my app, you can clearly see I used it one time only at a different store having left this one in disgust. this person needs firing. nobody can act and behave that way.

Graveyard guy is extremely rude! Hope he enjoys the $30 dollars I left! Refused to sell me cigarettes because I made change for a customer he was ignoring! So I left the money, because he obviously needs it to buy some courtesy! I have been going to this gas station since I was old enough to have a slurpee. Now I will not be going back, neither will anyone I know.

The customer services workers were outstanding and very professional l would returned back to this store
