Circle K

This little store and gas pumps is very busy. Perfect location for convenience and has cheaper gas than other pumps in the area. The little store is kept clean and the staff are friendly. Often there is a lineup inside and for good reason…. They are popular. But the wait is never long as they have two cashiers that will get you through quickly. I use this little store for gas and snacks on a daily basis. Never any complaints.

Gas prices are low but the place is an absolute dump. Half the gas pumps never work. People park in front of the gas pumps and spend an hour or two. Just sitting there in front of the gas pump waiting for somebody else to pay for their gas. None of the fountain drinks work on the inside so you're sipping save program is worthless outside of cheap gas and it might just be cheap gas too go somewhere else

I was in and out very quickly as I just needed gas +$better than most!

No sign on the air pump. Asked for refund and was denied. Joe needs an attitude check. Garbage service.

Thought it would be a convenient place to pick up items. I will not be going back. The store is nice enough. Typical convenience store stock. However, none of their prepared food was ready, advertised items unavailable. It was at the checkout things went very bad. Clerk was slow, came around counter to help a man put in his phone number for the rewards program. He was missing a digit. My microwaved food got cold. Had to reheat. Got back in line now behind 3 people. She went through the whole rewards thing with them, and they didnt understand so she went through it again. And again. At this point I attempted to explain I was in a hurry. She finally finished with them and then got to me. Didnt offer me discounts or reward, no biggie. However, when she refused to sell me cigarettes without my ID, that was it for me! I am 55 years old, look 60 and the last time anyone asked for my ID for cigarettes was 35 years ago! No, I will not be going back. I have just moved into this area, love a good convenience store, am loyal to the one I go to, and spend a lot in them between coffee, cigarettes, food and gas. I will be going to 7/11 across the street.

This Circle K isn't in the best part of town, but one of the employees certainly makes the store top notch. Each time I go in, I make sure my cashier is Alexander. He knows the meaning of customer service and heightens the experience. He's always friendly and ensures that all of my needs are met. The hot dogs here are on point too, they're plentiful and always ready. Most other Circle K stores hot dogs are ever ready. This one certainly has everything in stock. They're ok in my book. I would have given 5 stars, but some of the cashiers aren't overly pleasant. Waiting in line for service from Alexander is worth it.

very poor customer service in fixing their error. I was overcharged for some items by the clerk on grave shift and told to return at 6 am because the manager would be in to refund my money. I returned at 6:15 am to be told by day clerk now on duty to come back tomorrow because that is when the manager would be in. i have been coming to this store for 3 years now and I work in the same industry as a grave/senior sales associate. This is the 2nd time in a week I was charged incorrectly I let the 1st one go,, this time I actually needed those few dollars and to have to wait and be brushed off was quite disgraceful.

this is the worst experience i"ve ever had walking into a circle k....was there after 10pm on a friday...went to get coffee..first and foremost the blonde girl with the tattoo on her neck has no idea what she's doing..they ran out of cold coffee and she has the nerve to say hope we have some, then she gets a guy from the back to help her out...I then fill up my cup and am at the register where i"m trying to put my number in cuz i"ve signed up for the sip and save...they"re screens don't work at all....so I ask her to put in my number from her side which I know she can do cuz I did that a few days ago.....she instead raises her voice,says she can't do it on her side and asks me to stand aside cuz she has to take other customers...I then wait for the whole line to clearwhich was 5 people...keep in mind i"ve been in the store for 20 mins now..all for just a cup of coffee...I try the screen again and its the same story..she starts yelling at me saying whatever i"m trying to do isn't working..I explained that i"ve signed up for the sip and save program where you pay $6 a month and get a free cup everyday...she goes its not working, snatches the cup from me and says "you"ll have to get coffee somewhere else"......if this is what you call customer service...you got to be kidding me...let alone have the courtesy towards someone who's signed up for your sip and save program...why promote it all over your store and have advertisements of it around town if you're not going to honor it....seriously don"t bother going into this store...SHOCKINGLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS HERE...

On December 24,2014 at 5485 East Tropicana Avenue. My son walked into our neighborhood circle K located in the corner of Tropicana and Andover at about 10pm, he came home upset because the clerks there said he wasn't allowed to shop, something about stealing 3 to 6 months ago....my son, had just moved in a month ago. He works and goes to school and likes his sodas at night. When I went to confront the cashier about their allegation, I asked to see proof; the video... Of course and understandable, they refused. I asked for their names, one of them hid her badge. As a Retail Manager myself. I know you are not allowed to accuse anyone of stealing, and second, a clerk should never hide her name. A family member of ours when't in for the soda later on that evening and was told by the cashier, that she herself had caught him stealing, yet she had told me that her manager, allegedly caught my son stealing. I am extremely upset at this situation, and lies. There is no police report, nor is there any pictures of this allegation. This location need to train their employees better and be certain when accusing people of stealing. I have been a customer for over 15 year. I found out later on the girls name is Teressa.

It's sad that this store let's bums, drug addicts, etc.. Just hang out in the store at night doing absolutely nothing. I won't even use the ATM at night at this location because of this, at times I won't even purchase anything because im scared to pull any money out due to the crowd that this store allows to just hangout. Something needs to be done about this. The store is so nasty never clean staff extremely lazy if there not on a 30 min smoke break there on there phones. People walk in take what they want without paying in just walk right out, because they know they can by how the store is ran.
