It's not the best Walgreens. Too many homeless in the area so they do not let anybody use the bathroom. Also selection there seems to be limited. Security watches you like you're going to steal something and it makes you feel nervous. It's kind of a ghetto Walgreens.

Today was the most disappointing day going into my daily Walgreens Cashier Shay try to split my change with a counterfeit bill went back into the store confronted her about the bill that was counterfeited she knew it was fake so she exchange my bill for a real one put it back into the The cashier drawer once I left store I called the store to speak to a manager shay picked the phone up and I asked to speak to a manager she hung the phone up in my face so I called back and some guy picked the phone up asked to speak to the manager he placed me on hold so I decide to hang the phone up and return back up to Walgreens to speak to manager face-to-face Went in and ask for a manager The guy I spoke to over the phone said he will be in the front speak to me I turn around and it’s a lady coming to the front to speak to me I knew something wasn’t right when I seen her face they are in it together come to find out Shay and this Asian lady our managers and they knew exactly what was going on they told me to come in to make my complaint with the manager Josh I feel like there was also funny stuff that was very unprofessional on their behalf I am a daily customer I just want to let people know check your money when leaving this location on boulder highway & Russell I will drive across town to go spend my money at another location then spend it with my daily neighborhood Walgreens they just lost a faithful customer Thanks to Shay unprofessional supposed to be a manager looks bad on her behalf

Have them one star because you can’t give them zero stars. WORST pharmacy ever. I don’t think the staff even went to a school or took an online class let alone even watched a show involving anything medical before taking a job at the pharmacy department. Besides getting put on hold repeatedly, they can’t do simple math…it’s been 31 days since you filled a prescription but according to their math it’s too soon to get a refill for another month…call around to your doctor’s office and insurance only to find out it’s the person working at the pharmacy that can’t do basic math. Then let’s talk about how they can’t process a request for allergy medicine that was great. First they put your name in wrong, then they scan your ID wrong, then they claim the system is down. As I am writing this I’ve literally been on hold with them and repeatedly put on hold so many times that I was able to drive there; stand in line; and talk to someone while pointing out I’m the one they put on hold. Don’t go there if you genuinely want to just get your prescription and go on with your day and your life.

DO NOT SHOP HERE OR ANY WALGREENS!! It is apparent Walgreens is gouging pricing due to their unmitigated losses from "pety" theft. Due to locality convince and circumstances I had to buy two OTC nausea medications for my wife and both items were more than double the cost of Wal-Mart. This is an unacceptable issue that needs to be addressed immediately!

Pharmacy is awful. Expect long wait times in drive thru. Expect your call to be answered but put on hold over and over again cause they don’t care and hope you give up and hang up. Expect your reoccurring prescriptions to always have delays every month which is why we have to call ahead of time to check. It’s just a mess here. Finally switching pharmacies.

The Pharmacy is rude disrespectful and negligence with their work they charge you when they should run your insurance they’re never on time and overall poor customer service they need to be shut down!!!

Pharmacist not the manager- the manager is friendly was rude af. Questioning why the doctor is prescribing the medication. Never experienced a pharmacist questioning a doctor's prescription

The pharmacist and pharmacy techs at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid using this pharmacy at all costs. They belittle you and are the worst people I've ever dealt with.

Everytime i come here excessive wait times. Pharmacy even has me call doc again when they have the prescription. Frustrating to say the least. Other people in store upset with long wait times as well. Leo has poor workmen ship. And very rude.

Very poor customer care in pharmacy dept..wish I would have never switched pharmacy's..bad decision on my part..smh....days of good service and customer appreciation are gone...
