I’m at the register with Julie I’ve been super nice I have both of my receipts and made my purchase roughly about a week ago, I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes while she acts to call someone else to the register. I just wanted to exchange the hair dye and shampoo unused that I purchased for a deodorant and lotion. I have work and nicely told her she was very rude to me and stalled by about 10 minutes if Your looking for a fast and sweet experience don’t come here.
The wait time at the drive thru was too long. I was asked if I was helped yet and I responded with a no. Then I waited even longer for a tech to assist me. As soon as the tech came to the window, this individual lacked customer service. Her behavior was very rude, very aggressive and unreasonable. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and had no comprehension to understand. As she was setting up my visit, not only did she take even longer to do so but she displayed no courtesy nor consideration whatsoever to my time. Very unprofessional. Please change your jobs if you’re not going to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! Service means - providing customers with service of how well you’d like to be treated in return.
Courtney is never smiling and borderline rude whenever I come into the store. Today, she ignored the remainder of our transaction, and I had to grab my own receipt with full hands, which she clearly could see. Being on the phone doesn't matter. You turn it to the side, ask if the customer would like their receipt and tell them to have a nice day. It's common courtesy, the bare minimum of customer service. She never says hello, never asks how you're doing, never does anything that is even close to general kindness. I feel like such a burden whenever I'm "helped" and waited on by her. Even if you don't like a customer, you don't make things personal. This is a business. Please talk to her about this; I dread coming in and having to interact with her. A huge damper on the day, and I'm sure I'm not the only customer who's felt this. The other workers are amazing though. I appreciate all my interactions with them.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have used this Pharmacy for over 15 years but throughout the last 4 years I have noticed a decline. Obviously during these tough times; especially towards medical professionals we need to observe patience. After 4 years of patience I have had enough! The team is very rude not just a select few. I have encountered multiple problems. - Rude/non helpful staff. When a problem arises, the staff does not try to resolve it; they just make you feel stupid. As they only feel you are wrong. -Unorganized On SEVERAL occasions I have received a message that medication is ready. Only to find out after waiting 45+ min. that it is not. And again the staff is unapologetic towards the error and will plainly move on to the next customer as if nothing has happened. By far the worst I have ever been treated as a customer. I will be moving pharmacies ASAP! And it is a real shame because the experience used to be completely different.
Absolutely terrible staff at the pharmacy, the girl with the purple hair is incompetent and rude! She gave me the wrong birth control pills for my daughter ones she hasn't taken in over a year when I told her this she claimed she did not know what I was talking about as those were the only ones in her chart. When I showed her a screenshot of the pills she actually picked up from them in Oct 2021 for 3 months supply she proceeded to argue with me and talk to me like I was a child..I told her she did not need to talk to me that way she said well I have to because apparently you can't hear me..I asked for her manager who actually helped me but I still have to wait a few hrs until they can refill the correct prescription... the staff there is not very helpful, this is just the latest incident with them.. management should really CLEAN HOUSE!
This Walgreens pharmacy, on the corner of Tropicana and Sandhill, is the absolute worst I one in the valley. The best advice I can give, is to ALWAYS call ahead to confirm electronic prescriptions, especially if they say it will be ready the next day. Call first!!!
Scheduled my mom for a covid vaccine appointment and waited 45 minutes for the first one in December. Then come to find out today for her second shot they didn't automatically scheduled her 30 days from her last appointment and only just now told her she had to make a second appointment herself like how does that make sense?! I got mine at Walmart and they automatically scheduled my second shot immediately after my first and it only took 20 minutes in total there instead of the near hour long wait at Walgreens.
Walgreens is a great store, low prices, good variety of snacks, chips, chocolate, soda pop, and basic need stuff. The best part is most locations are open 24/7. The locations are also very clean and safe, well light up at night.
Completely unorganized. Wanted me to fill out a form again that I had filled out online because they have no access to it, it's their own website! Then gives me a partially prefilled form with wrong information. When I point out that it is wrong the pharmacist told me it's not important just go ahead and sign. One can only imagine how accurate other stuff is done at this location. Will be avoiding Walgreens in the future.
Pharmacist needs to learn people skills! I called to refill my pain meds on the day I was told they could fill them, the pharmacist answered the phone and I couldnt understand what he was saying when I got home I called again and told the person that I had just called and couldnt understand the person on the phone, apparently he took offense to this, the girl said they would be ready at 430. I went to pick up my meds at 430 like they said and because the pharmacist wants to play god he said I couldnt get them until the next day! My prescription is filled every 30 days he made me wait 31 thanks for caring jerk!
