Warning: this 7Eleven is NOT truly 24 hours. As you can see from the other reviews, this store is always closed from about 3am through 6am. Even Dunkin Donuts opens at 5am.
they say they're open 24 hours but i came at 3am today just for the employee to refuse to open the door for me, because they are "closed". walked all the way here in the cold weather for nothing.
This place is horrible!!! It's Tuesday morning on April 2nd, exactly 3:55am. I work about 7 blocks away, and it's SUPPOSED TO BE the only place OPEN at this time. But instead, the door is locked, and the employees are sitting down telling me that they are closed. If they are closed, why is there 2 employee's here at 3:55am, and everything is running. I guess the owner of this establishment doesn't mind paying two guys on the night shift to sit around with all the lights and appliances running... only to tell people that they are closed. Someone higher up on the ladder is losing out on, and wasting a lot of money.
They say 24 hours but for the past week have been closing as early as 1am. They use to start closing at 3am and reopen at 6 but recently hasn’t been the case. If the owner sees this either stay open or don’t say you’re 24 hours.
Why am I being asked if I need help in a 7/11 and being watched like I'm stealing something smh all I want is coffee and something to eat that's it.
I love this 7 Eleven! I love that you can make your own coffee and adjust its flavor, rather than relying on someone else to do it. But I am especially delighted with the cashier. In my opinion, his name is written in "T" in a hurry, I do not have time to see his name on the badge. This worker is a real diamond !! He is absolutely always friendly, polite. Even at the end of the working day or if he is busy with something else, he will be polite and kind to you. This is very rare in New York, especially in stores with such high traffic. Coming to this store, I always know that I am welcome here
I get off work really late and have been going to this location for several years after work. Lately every time I come by around 2.30-3 am the door is locked and no one is on the floor. Tonight probably was the worst. Not only that the door was locked but the employee was on the floor and have seen people standing on the line to the store but refused to open the door. Is this seven eleven store or his privately own bodega. I am confused.
Very friendly associates! And they still have Vibe refills only original flavor; drop dead Mario Cuomo!
Cool spot been going here for 15+ years and always taken care of. Always have the best drinks in stock and all protein bars, and ready food. The coffee is great in the winter. Overall nice spot to grab whatever u need quickly.
This place bas been closed the last 3 times I've tried to walk in. I thought 7-Eleven was supposed to be open 24/7. If not, you're like a non-useful bodega. Go to the one on Ave M if you really need a slurpee, otherwise go to a bodega.
