First, No matter how many times the employees have done this, it just keeps on going. Once, i ordered some donuts, and i got like 4 of the same donut, and one other donut that i ordered. Most of the time its either more stuff then i ordered or some things are missing. But overall it deserves at least 1 star......

Had one worker doing everything. Place a mobile order, got there waited in line to get a donut and mobile order was still not done. Then I got asked if I was waiting for something else so I mentioned a mobile order, then was told no oat milk so I got reg milk for the coffees. Too long of a wait time for mobile orders and a donut.
very very bad customer service. got my order wrong, wouldn’t give me my free donut and on top of that, the employee wasn’t wearing her mask correctly. so unprofessional.
Dunkin donuts is always good. Gets crowded and only 2 people working there and they move very slow.
