Staff is Great. What a great group of people.
You really need to speed up the drive through during peak times. 10-15 minutes waiting in the morning is crucial. Either need to tell customer who order food to wait on the side and let the coffee and donut people get in and out fast.
Best Dunkin ever. My go to place for the morning breakfast. It's pretty busy across the day. Very local. But I like it.

Very cute location. This place is always busy. The food is delicious. The workers are always cheerful and very polite. They will do everything to make customers happy. And it close to the bus stop and subway.
I have to be honest, their donuts aren't are soft and melt in your mouth like they use to be. They taste like they are going stale. Sorry but that's how I see it. One star is to much.
Love this place. Best Italian food in bronx. Huge portions and great service
