I love 7eleven but it could be better if the staff would stop being lazy like keep fresh Brew coffee had a cup of coffee it tasted like it's been sitting all day and fresh again not dissing 7-Eleven Givin this store one star

Horrible workers who do not give respect and understanding to their customers. I bought a faulty vape and immediately came back to get a new one, and the worker told me that it’s a rule that they can’t give a new one to me. So they basically are selling faulty vapes and stealing money & playing clueless. Ridiculous

The pizza was old and style the mountain dew was flavorless

I just watched the staff at this 7-11 turn two black men away at about 12.10am because they claimed they were closed then let a white man in just after. Ridiculous...

I absolutely will never give this store my money again. When I walked in with my friends this evening we noticed the owner/manager screaming at a man who clearly had mental disabilities. The customer was confused and taking a little longer than usual to process the transaction. The owner began screaming at him in front of everyone, accusing the customer of stealing and threatening to call the police and “put him in jail “, cursing out the poor man. When dealing with someone who has special needs you need to be extremely kind and patient, which the owner was not. When other customers spoke up and said that’s not how you speak to someone, the owner cursed at everyone and said to leave. Almost all the customers who were in line dropped the items they were holding and immediately left. This was absolutely disgusting and sickening.

I normally stop at this 711 on the way back from work however when I stopped to get two hotdogs to eat which I asked the staff said they didn’t have any but I saw them on the rotisserie a minute before. I just left it and paid for the rest of my stuff but I was overcharged as well because the dill pickle chips that are normally two for two were not rung up that way as well I wish I wouldn’t have purchased anything

The workers here are horrible, they lock the doors for no reason to keep people out of the store for their own break constantly. I came in and asked to buy the whole pizza pie and the guy told me I can’t so I got 4 slices which for some reason was okay like who is he saving it for. This 711 is trash and so are the workers there!

Talking with the employees as I cash out is a fun experience there. Sometimes the language colloquialisms make it more than precious..

Try asking the guy who works the night shift to sell you a whole pizza and he'll stare you down and say you can't get a whole pizza to buy at 8 p.m. Go take a walk to the one on Broad near Diamond/Montgommery Street and they'll bake it and serve you with a smile!

A complete mess not even worth one star . They lock the doors wen the want and look you dead in you face while stand outside looking in not a note on the door no nothing for a hour or more its supposed to be 24 hours the staff need to be replaced ASAP!!!
