Starbucks

Almost every time I have to wait 20 minutes to end up getting to the register and then they end up not having anything I would like to order. Their lack of customer service is unlike anything I've ever seen. This should not be called a Starbucks and if you are in the Temple area, go to Saxbys !! :

Worst starbuck ever. Please fire the employees. They are so mean and rude and ugly.

employees are rude and when you ask for a more complex drink they roll their eyes at u.

You can order a coffee and they serve you a new car. These two girls are amazing. Don't understand anything and they do whatever they want.

Terrible customer service; terrible drinks; and terrible outward appearance. Workers here obviously do no like their job, they act, sound and appear to be inconvenienced by doing their job that they are getting PAID for. Please have better hiring practices.

They always mess up my order no matter what I order. Customer service is terrible the workers are very rude when taking your order. Promotions don’t apply here
