Came here for the first time today for a small bite to eat since I was in the area, and It’s a pretty ok Dunkin’ Donuts, its not really appealing to look at honestly it looks sort of run down and dull but the cashier was pretty nice. They didn’t really have much of a selection of donuts which I guess is sort of understandable since it is by a college. The two Boston cream donuts I got were great and the turkey sausage, egg and cheese wake up wrap was also good too but kinda smaller than I expected but since it was only like $1.50 you get what you pay for.

I will never go back there. The entire staff was rude. The cashier who took my order was the only person who was nice to me. Lets not get started on the fact they messed up my order. I asked for cream and sugar in my drink and all I got was cream no sugar. I asked the lady when she handed me my drink if it had sugar in it. She told me yes but I tasted it and could clearly tell it had no sugar at all. Then I was given an attitude when I asked for sugar to be put in my drink and was handed a small cup of sugar. I've been working in customer service for many of year and I'm sorry that is just straight poor customer service.

Bad at making drinks. Lattes with extra shot always end up tasting like hot chocolate. I’m pretty sure they owe me about $50 worth it espresso. I dont know why i bother. No…. I do know. It’s cause Starbucks is just as bad.

Been living a few blocks away from this dunkin donuts and it just keeps getting worse. I'm convinced the owner is cheap. U would think that bc the store is on a college campus it would have a appropriate amount of employees, but no. There's always 4-5 workers looking stressed out or in a bad moon which I get because the place is always crowded with college students or people who live in the neighborhood. Most of the employees there never last long. I literally waited 27 minutes for 2 burnt sandwiches today which is not even the longest I had to wait in there it's always due to the fact that the owner is too cheap to hire a 2nd person to help make the sandwiches. The only thing positive about this place is that they take your order fast

I placed an order through Dunkin’s mobile app for 2 boxes of coffee, 3 dozen donuts and a box of munchkins. I went into the store 25 minutes later only to be informed they didn’t even start on my order and they didn’t have any boxes of coffee or hot chocolate. Two workers told me they couldn’t issue a refund in store and I would have to go through the app. I emailed with several people, only to find out that Dunkin can’t issue me a refund and I would need to go back into the store to get a refund from a manager. I jumped through so many hoops when this was Dunkin’s fault in the first place.

ghetto and rude. store is dirty. its a corree shop 5hey said they run out of cream and coffe and gave me water down coffe.

Literally never get my order right even when I order online or in store.  And sometimes they just never make my order and I have to ask again at the pickup station. It’s so frustrating.

Don’t even bother. They’re always running out of ingredients and will omit stuff from your order without notice.

Interesting! Workers are chatting with each other instead of doing their job.

Worst dunkin ever waited 45 minutes for avocado toast. Never come here unless you just want to be disappointed
