A friend of mine recommended 702Tech after I had been trying to wipe out this junk on my desktop at home. Some kind of voodoo magic, connected to my computer remotely, I dont know what they did but it runs better than when I bought it!

As a small business owner who does not maintain my own IT department, finding a good technician is of paramount importance and value. But the need goes past that. There are many good computer techs and companies in the market that are capable, but what is really important to me is finding one who is not only knowledgeable and capable, but one who strives to address issues in a timely manner, at reasonable cost and with a sense of ownership. My experience with Frank @ 702Tech Computer Repair was just that. I had a computer problem which Frank took on. Not only did he put in the necessary effort to resolve the main issues (when others just quit or never called back), but his charge was very reasonable and within my budget. No disrespect to other techs/companies who said they could take care of issue but didn't, who came a few times then disappeared when it became more of a challenge and no disrespect to the support techs at the major corp. (MS) who sold the product but from whom getting the right help was difficult and with whom resolve of a 2nd related key issue was never reached, costing me time and money in unsuccessfully trying to address the Office 365 issue. (They also just quit responding to emails.) It of course delighted me that Frank was able to fix what they didn't or wouldn't. I feel Frank went above and beyond, but instead of taking my word for it, I recommend checking him out. From my initial experience with him, I'm happy to have found out about he and his wife's company. Ralph
